Nelabai gerbiamas autoriau, M+S (Mud+Snow) ženklas nereiškia, kad padangos universalios, šiuo ženklu ir visos žieminės buvo žymimos. Bet aš už tai, kad ir Lietuvoje taip pat būtų draudžiamos universalios žiemą. Winter tires that bear both the M+S symbol and the Alpine symbol are still permitted. All-year-round-tires carrying the alpine symbol are considered as winter tires and are allowed to be used. All-weather tires with only the M+S symbol may no longer be driven in winter weather conditions from October 1, 2024. All-weather tires with the M+S symbol and the Alpine symbol are still permitted. If you are in breach of the law, not only the owner but also the driver will be fined. The fine for the driver is from 60 up to 120 € and 1 point in the German driving ability register FAER, depending on the type of the offence. The fine for the owner is 75 € and 1 point in the registry. If you do not use appropriate tires: You might encounter problems with your insurance company in case of an accident caused by a third person or by your fault.

Irgi už, pirmiausi visiem autobusam beigi kitokiom fūrom kurie tik vos vos pašalus jau užkemša gatves.

Tai gal universalios priskiriamos prie zieminiu nes gali kompensuoti s ziema vazinet? Ket gal ner rermino universalios?

Nors isvis uzmeciau aki i ket, nerandu apibrėžimo kas yra vasarine, jas ziemine padanga.

Nezinau, visa gyvenima su M+S vazinejam ir jokiu problemu. Ziemos silteja. Vokieciai dar labiau i pietus nuo musu.

Švedijoj irgi nuo šių metų privalomos žieminės padangos. Nebent kelio danga sausa ir jokio jos dalis nėra apledėjus, tada gali važiuoti vasarinėm. *Ar kelio danga tinkama važiuoti vasarinėm nusprendžia policijos pareigūnas. praeitais metais fūros du kartus užkimšo autostradas prietų švedijoj ir esant baisiam snygiui visiškai paralyžavo eismą daugiau nei parai. Jei jos ir gali be žieminių važinėti, tai turėtų turėti garndines ir pradėjus snigti keliauti iki artimiausios aikštelės.
